TeleMedHub, LLC ("we", "our", "us") built the TeleMedHub app as a free application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (Service). By using the Service, you agree to the terms described here.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention Period:

We store personal and health data only as long as necessary to deliver the Service and comply with applicable laws.
For most user data, retention is up to 3 years after your last activity, unless legal or medical regulations require a longer period.

Deletion Process:

You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@telemedhub.io using the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

We will confirm your identity
Delete your personal and health data from our systems within 30 days (except where retention is legally required)
Some anonymized technical data may remain for security and analytics purposes, but it will no longer be linked to you

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without parental consent.
If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us so we can delete it.

9. Apple App Store Privacy Compliance

We comply with Apple’s App Store privacy requirements to provide transparency to users about data collection and usage within the TeleMedHub app.

We collect and use personal and health-related information, device information, usage data, and diagnostic logs strictly to operate and improve the app and provide telemedicine services.
Tracking and User Consent:

11. Medical Disclaimer & AI Usage

11.1. No Medical Advice

The AI-Consultant and related AI features within the TeleMedHub app are designed for informational and educational purposes only. The content generated by the AI, including skin scanning analysis and chat responses, does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

11.2. Consult a Professional

Users should never rely on the information provided by the AI features as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App.

12.3. AI Limitations

The AI features utilize large language models to generate responses based on general medical knowledge. While we strive to provide accurate information, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, outdated, or contextually inappropriate. TeleMedHub assumes no liability for any actions taken based on the information provided by the AI-Consultant.
