TeleMedHub has implemented a GPT assistant in the network of clinics "Bud` Zdorov"

The GPT assistant, through a dialogue with the user, is able to identify symptoms, analyze complaints based on the use of big data and suggest which profile specialist it is better to contact for face-to-face consultation. Using machine learning algorithms and extensive databases, the GPT assistant quickly collects information about symptoms and suggests possible causes of diseases, which greatly simplifies diagnosis and saves not only patients' time, but also doctors.

"Online consultations in real time are a big step forward in the healthcare sector. Such a medical GPT assistant does not replace a doctor, however, it closes the task of initial consultations for any patient requests, makes it possible to make an appointment with a specialized specialist, bypassing administrators, which is definitely a competitive advantage of the development. This is not the first TeleMedHub development using artificial intelligence that has been successfully introduced to the Russian market. For example, in 2023, the company launched SklifosovskyGPT, which advises users on medical issues on Telegram for free. The company's services are popular in Russia and abroad, and about 20,000 people use the solutions per year.

After authorization, each user has the opportunity to access the service using the Telegram messenger.
